Raccoon Control
Get Rid Of Raccoons
Wild raccoons can be interesting to watch. Baby raccoons, called kits or cubs, can be adorable to
watch, but the kits and adults may be covered with lice and fleas. Raccoon feces, or poo, can
contain ringworm (roundworm). This makes raccoons a health risk to have in the attic - in spite of
their intriguing nature. Raccoons will quickly cause extensive damage to your insulation and therefore raise your utility bills.
For these reasons, they don't belong around your home. You should quickly get rid of raccoons if you have them.
Humane Raccoon and Wildlife Control Services
We are wildlife management professionals, and we know how to evict raccoons and other animals from your home
in a humane manner, and we will do it right the first time.
Depending on who your insurance company is, we may be able to replace your
damaged attic insulation,
(now full of ringworm filled raccoon feces)
for you with little to no money out of your pocket.
We can kill the ringworm / roundworm and it's larva too - leaving your house in even better
condition than before you were invaded by raccoons.
Many folks have their homes treated for termites and insects. What they do not realize is
that termites may take years to do noticeable damage to their homes… raccoons can destroy your
heating and air conditioning duct work, and end up under your couch quicker than you can possibly
comprehend. Destroying duct work, soiling insulation, destroying family heirlooms and Christmas decorations,
electrical, alarm, doorbell, cable, telephone and speaker wires are just some of the damage that we have seen
made by raccoons. Raccoons will even tear the entire ridgeline off of a cedar roof just in order to enter an attic.
Damage Control - Attic Removal and Restoration
There are several time proven methods which are effective for removing raccoons from the attic.
We can evict them from any building,
and make it so that they cannot get back in via repairs and
reinforcements. Many roof vents, although necessary to allow your roof to breath,
must be covered to prevent wildlife entry. If raccoons want into your attic,
they're able to pop standard vents off a roof like the cap off of a bottle of soda unless you have these installed.
We have the vent covers you need to protect your roof.
If the repairs are too labor intensive, we can manage contractors to do it for you.
Usually when we are done, the average homeowner cannot easily see what we have done
until we point it out. We aim to be discreet and effective with our repairs.
Because breeding and gestation periods vary, it is also important
that we inspect your attic after the raccoons have been excluded from your home.
A nest of baby raccoons will not only die, but will quickly put your family in a hotel because of the smell of dead decaying wild animals.
