I admire the passion Carman poured into his book. I especially frequent the portions about being the shepherds of our flocks and herds. Please be advised this movie is not suitable for children. This is a graphic, very difficult movie to watch because it shows horrific acts of cruelty to animals. Although PETA offends Ned Bruha on many levels, he believes they have also done many good things and have flamboyantly drawn attention to many issues that needed to be addressed.
